Audition Call for Shrek (showing Spring 2018)
Announcing the Queensville Players spring 2018 production of Shrek the musical, Directed by Scott Hurst. Show dates April 13th to 22nd, rehearsals start January 2018.
Auditions will be held in East Gwillimbury on Nov 17 ,18, 19th. Please prepare one up tempo song and provide sheet music in your desired key, accompanist will be provided. Please contact meghan_bennett@hotmail.com to request an audition time.

Last night plants, flowers & thousands of twinkling lights set the stage for a fairy tale production at Madsen’s Greenhouse Chapel. The Queensville Players proudly presented “Into the Woods” �- a musical by Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine. In celebration of their 35th anniversary, this very special evening of theatre and dining featured a live orchestra & a talented troupe of local singers and musicians. We followed Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Jack and the Beanstalk and Rapunzel all see their usual happy endings unravel in a dark but hilarious act. This production was sponsored in part by Glenda Hope Broker REMAX/Realtron, Town of East Gwillimbury, Town of Georgina, CDA Dance Academy & Madsen’s Greenhouse Chapel.

Fall 2017 Show Announced & Director Wanted
The Queensville Players are happy to announce our November 2017 production:
A Christmas Carol, by Charles Dickens at the Stephen Leacock Theatre. (This will be a play with musical accompaniment, not the musical theatre version.)
We are currently hiring a director for this production. Please email meghan_bennett@hotmail.com to submit a proposal. Please include resume, describe your theatre experience, and include any ideas or visions that inspire you to present this story.
